Regret

I chose the song ’Regret’ because when I listened to it I saw hues of deep blue in my mind and wanted to portray that mood photographically through Rachel. To me, the song is about other people’s expectations of what a person should become, and how this can guide one’s life choices. People often project their ideas onto others, which is why I chose to work with slide projector. I did a google image search for the word "regret" and then I projected the image results onto Rachel’s unclothed body to show her naked vulnerability.
