Forgiveness

I was most inspired by ’Forgiveness’. The lyrics conveyed strong emotions; I heard pain, sadness, anger, remorse, and a longing to feel wanted. I played with the concept of Eve and the Garden of Eden, directly equating the betrayal in a relationship to the expulsion from Eden, while using the poisonous apple and the snake to symbolize temptations. Despite the high heat and humidity throughout the shoot, Alice the 85 lb. boa constrictor remained a study in professionalism and congeniality.
