Fly By

Rachel and I talked about using photographs from her childhood and decided that ’Fly By’ was the perfect song for that technique. The song is about letting go and trying to move on, and of looking to the future with hope - just like one does as a child. The song also has a very lullaby-like feel to it. The melodic structure is soothing, and I loved the sweet lyrics about the moon and stars.
